Kinsley Landscape Ltd. is a full-service landscape construction and maintenance company based in Maple Ridge, BC, proudly serving the Greater Vancouver and Fraser Valley regions.
Owner Nick Sweryda has over 20 years of hands-on experience in the landscape industry. After co-owning another company and building a wealth of knowledge, he decided it was time to branch out on his own. In 2020, amid the challenges of the pandemic, Nick welcomed his first child, a daughter named Kinsley and found the perfect name for his new company.
Since then, Kinsley Landscape has grown rapidly, completing both residential and commercial projects. Our construction team specializes in fiberglass pools, retaining walls, paving stones, gardens, water features, ponds, lighting, irrigation, fences, decks, turf, and more. On the maintenance side, we provide reliable weekly care for residential and commercial strata complexes, ensuring properties look their best year-round. In winter, we also offer professional snow clearing and salting services.
In 2025, Nick and his wife welcomed their second child, a baby boy named Hudson. This has created a bit of a dilemma because while Kinsley has a company named after her, Hudson doesn’t… yet. The family is still figuring out a solution, so stay tuned to see what happens next.
